Application of Test radio station

Industrial Facilities Emitting Radio Waves
Industrial facilities emitting radio waves include RF-ID, Power Carrying Cable Facility, etc.
Radio Law stipulates any person using telegraphy, telephony or other telecommunications facilities with a radio frequency current of 10kHz or above to the wired system shall obtain individual permission. Likewise, those using a radio frequency current of 10kHz or above for items such as industrial heating equipment and medical equipment, among others, must also have individual permission. Industrial facilities emitting radio waves are subject to restriction in order to avoid obstruction of broadcasting or radiotelegraphy.

Extremely Weak Power Equipment
When the level of the electric field intensity (strength of radio wave) within 3 meters of the radio equipment is under the level as shown in the following .pdf, it is not necessary to obtain a license for the radio station. There are no restrictions on the frequency or the purpose.
