Press release on numbering
In accordance with the MPHPT announcement No. 460 (July 1, 2003; on changes in numbers to be granted to future Specified Radio Equipment), DSP Research, Inc. has changed the approval numbers as follows.
These changes will automatically affect applications accepted beginning July 1, 2003. Applications accepted on or before June 30, 2003 will not be affected by these changes.
Main changes
1. The Classification of certification Body "03" has been changed to "003"
2. The symbols that show the classification of radio equipment have been discontinued.
3. The year of a new application has been added to the approval numbers.
4. The numbers that show the classification of the application have been added.
